Track your moods and goals, and if you ever speak to a counsellor you can export the data to show them trends

Counselling is available anytime, and is available for issues that are big or small. If you're in crisis there are immediate supports available.

The I.M. Well Network has counsellors who speak over 140 languages, and with interpretors 240+. Speak in the language you are comfortable.
Queer Affirming Counselling
Students who identify with the LGBT community can find a counsellor who supports or is a part of the LGBT community.
Wait List for Specialized Care
I.M. Well is intended for short term counselling, but will support students a waitlist for long term specialized care
Events and Engagement
I.M. Well supports student health initiatives across the country, for education and support to student leaders

Issues with landlords, your health, finances and long term planning can contribute to the stress of being a student.

Legal Counselling
Students have access to a free 30 minute session with a certified Lawyer. After the 30 minute session, there is a major student discount.
Nutrition Coaching
Receive 3 hours of support with a registered dietician. They can plan you raise the nutrition in your meal plan!
Financial Coaching
Speak with a financial coach who can help you create a budget, improve your credit score and manage debt.
Life Coaching
Free hour long session with a certified life coach who can help students determine what their long term life plan is, and have peace of mind with their future.
